There are a lot of big, industrial-sized wineries in Tarragona, many of them producing crappy Cava, or other bulk red wines. So what a pleasure it was to stumble upon Mas Foraster. Run by Ricard Foraster and his sister Julieta. it is a lovely organic farm combining vines and olive oil, and a hyper clean, family-run winery. The Foraster's are making oh-so delicious reds, whites, and bubblies, and are putting many of their neighbors' to shame.
